WOW. We tried this place because it was suggested on OpenTable. We were so impressed! Had the ahi tostadas and beef cheek for apps. Both were great, the cheek was next level. My husband ordered the short ribs and I had the barbacoa for dinner. We've been here 6 days already and that fish with the phenomenal carrot/cardamom sauce and tortillas are my favorite meal in Sedona 100%! Our server Lauren was awesome too. We sat inside but it looked like the patio had a great big fire pit and heaters as well. Recommend!

Our server was awesome. Food came out super fast. Drinks were really good. Food was meh. We had the southwest wedge and it was good. The queso Birria and ribeye tacos were bland and boring. Ended up adding some of our salad to the tacos which helped a little.

Overall great experience! It was quite busy while we were there but we were still sat early for our reservation time and service was efficient. Our waitress was very helpful with the menu and recommendations and accommodating modifications we needed to make due to dietary restrictions. Everything we ate was delicious and we didn’t feel like the evening was rushed or too slow. We are staying at Amara Resort but had dinner at Shorebird our first evening - it was an underwhelming experience to say the least. We wished we’d just eaten at SaltRock the first night as well!

Eat here and sit outside even if its cold. We had the Birria tacos and Half chicken and both were delicious. Great Dinner!

Food was excellent! Server gave good recommendations. Street tacos had huge serving portions and were fantastic. Thought the Bita’s street tacos were outstanding. Scallops and pork belly was outstanding. Had pork cheeks fonduta and broccolini fondue for appetizers and loved both! Had a great meal!
