    3 of 4 steaks were under cooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The to go bag provided turned out to be food from another customers table which discovered the next day. Way too pricey for the mistakes made. Would not go back.

    We were visiting St. Louis with friends and chose Sam’s for Thanksgiving dinner based on reviews. Everything was perfect, from the traditional meal, to the holiday decorations and the top-notch service. We could not have been more pleased.

    It was our fault should have paid attention but 20% tip was added on. Gave 20% more. Disappointed that the waiter did not let us know the tip was already included. He was a great waiter and would have given more. If we go back lessened learned!!

    It was our 35th anniversary we celebrated it with our grandaughter also, she is 20 & loved it as much as we did. Staff was wonderful, friendly & helped us celebrate with a cake with a special sparkler in it which was amazing. Food was delicious & each item came out & the perfect time, no rushing dinner. Restaurant was decorated for the Xmas holiday & was beautiful. Thank you Sam’s Steakhouse for a amazing evening!
