   We are regulars at Seasons 52, and tonight the food and service were far below. Food took over 45 minutes to arrive at table, and salmon came out very dry, and we had to send it back. Will most likely return, and hope this was just an isolated experience due to it being a holiday weekend. The restaurant manager compensated us with a few desserts, however, I think they should have compensated better, given that the food and service were below our expectation, as we are regulars and dine there at least once a week.

   Always a great experience at seasons 52 the service was impeccable, The food was delicious, The cocktails were great. I highly recommend seasons 52 for any occasion. Steve was not our waiter this time , but he recognized us and came over to the table to wish my wife a Happy Valentine's Day. What more could be said. Thank you seasons 52 for wonderful evening.

   Everything is always on par every time we come to your restaurant even on a busy night such as Valentine’s Day and it was my husband’s birthday and his best friend’s birthday. We had wonderful service wonderful food and wonderful ambience. Thank you so much for a great experience, loved everything about the evening.

   We had requested booth 106 and a host sat it right in front of us to another couple when there were other tables available. Needless to say we were disappointed as we frequent Seasons 52 - lest we know the booth we like. Our son gave us a gift certificate for Christmas. A hostess proceeded to take us to a "table" in another area. We noticed a booth in the area we requested was almost ready to depart so we asked if we could wait for it. She said yes but never communicated this to the host stand. Another hostess came over and said she had to assign a server to the table which we know is ridiculous - having owned 5 restaurants we know that servers are assigned a "station". We asked a server if there was a bus boy who could clear the table having waited 10 minutes with no one to do it - he said we don't have bus boys and walked away. We asked another server if she would clear the table - it wasn't her "station" but she cleared it for us. We almost left. This was a disappointing visit to Seasons 52. we realize it was Valentine's Day - we almost never go out on these holidays but wanted to this year. Our server, Tatiana, was excellent and the food was very good as usual. We don't like giving this type of review, however, we thought management needed to know.

    Justin was amazing , it was nuts there for valentines and he never missed a beat, service was great
