   If you are dining here with a non-sushi eater, please be aware that the offerings for those diners is very limited. There used to be a nice selection of dishes for those that do not eat sushi. I am one of those diners. I ended up with chicken teriyaki which was very mediocre.

   Amazing experience. Seated in the Cherry Blossom room which is spectacular, private and quiet. Had the Classic Martini with Japanese Nikka gin and bleu cheese & oshinko stuffed olives. Followed that with the best Miso soup I have ever had and finished with Jalapeño Business roll with bluefin tuna, avocado, jalapeño, cilantro, spicy mayo and rayu chili oil plus spicy ponzu. The entire experience was first rate!

   This is our favorite sushi restaurant in all of Orlando. Unfortunately when we dined there this evening, some of our sushi seemed to be lower quality than we have had in the past.

   first thing was i had already boomed reservatio sabead of time was eatly not late and we stillwaited thats #1 #2 The service was scattered. Not good at all ! # 3 ordered glass of wine. The glass had food. / dirty glass brought it to the attention of the bar area. #4. My mushroom trumpet appetizer was cold! Asked for aside if rice was cold also.! #5 It wasn’t even. Busy!! A lot of workers. Just walking around, when the. Could be more attentive to the patrons . Sad. Hope u get your staff mgmt to improve

   Hello Delia, we take the feedback of all of our guests seriously in order to keep our service standards in line. Though you did arrive early for your reservation, due to your specific seating request, we did place you on a small wait, however we still managed to get you seated before your actual reservation time. We do again offer our sincerest apologies regarding the orange pulp on the wine glass, as that is not our standard. I also apologize for your feelings regarding the temperatures of your meal, but i can assure you that all our menu offerings are made fresh , and rice kept at a very specific temperature, but we would have been glad to remake those for you, if any mention was made to our service team throughout your service.    We just had to come back for a second time in February because we love Seito! We had Julia as our server and she was kind, super attentive and we loved her! The noise level was perfect and the music was on point as well! We also loved our food as always and we tried new drinks this time that were so divine! We ended up moving to the bar for more drinks and had Luis as our bartender whom was also very conversational, quick, and a great time! We also got to see our last server who remembered us from Galentines, Jeremy and he made us feel so welcome again! As always, can’t wait to come back to Seito! Everyone there is so great!

   Our waitress Sarah was phenomenal! The food is always so amazing here and one of the best sushi restaurants in Orland!

   Open Table did not get my reservation updates to the restaurant and that meant we were seated out in a side patio where we were promised that a heater would keep it pleasant however it ran out of fuel and it wasn’t relit. Eventually they rolled another in place however we were paying our bill by then. The sushi was untraditional and was ok, but the lobster was pulverized in the gentlemen’s roll and the steak was well done. The typical fresh flavor of the fish was masked by sauces. Our waitress was very sweet and cute and engaging and she tried very hard to accommodate us all.

   Decor is amazing! Simply would go back because of it. Sushi rolls were amazing as well. Loved the cocktails and our server, nothing bad to say! Enjoyed our time!
