   Booked for Ayllu not realising that it’s two restaurants in the same building, so the booking got mixed up (BOOKED THROUGH AYLLU WEBSITE). Was put into Ayllu and I thought that this does not look like any of the pictures. They had put us into Ayllu ‘outside’ and then later realised that the actual Ayllu was downstairs. Terrible experience as this was a surprise dinner for a 21st birthday. Food wasn’t great (small for the price). Overall experience with the actual service - Waiters and waitresses were polite and still tried to upkeep the general service.

   We had a great time. The only complaint maybe was the music was a little loud but we were with 2 people in their 80s. The food, service and feel of the place was great. We had a thoroughly good time as was everyone else in the place. Our waiter was brilliant. Can't rate the place highly enough!

   If you want a cheap bottomless brunch and happy to compromise on the quality this is for you. The waiter looks like he needs a new job, incredibly miserable. The cocktail being served from a branded bottle of water and tap water served from a gin bottle was questionable. They were fairly on top of keeping your glass full which was a plus. The menu is by far the worst thing I have ever experienced. An avo burger with salmon? Nothin about burger related to this dish. It was a whole avocado with just 1 half, filled with chopped salmon. I’m not sure why the other half was just left, where’s the bun or anything that resembled a burger?! The ricotta pockets? It came looking very sad indeed, and there was no ricotta harmed in the making of that dish. Opted for steak, with a choice of sauce - garlic butter or perppercorn. Nope, it’s just a pot of cold garlic butter- not entirely sure what you’re meant to do with that. Asked for the steak medium rare, it came medium well. I returned it, waited forever for a now rare steak that was completely cold. Churros were good but the chocolate sauce was more like chocolate soup and very watery. Overall this company is hiding behind false advertising whether it be the drinks or the menu descriptions.

   Wonderful atmosphere with a live dj. food was fresh and flavourful with great variety. Great value for money, we will definitely be back.

   The atmosphere was good, the service was pretty slow, staff not a really friendly bunch. Then they added a service charge coupled with hidden costs for 2 bottles of Coca Cola for £5.00 each. Which was the alternative for a glass of cheap bubbly. Extremely crafty and was a huge turn off. Apart from that the food was just ok. My humble review

   Went here for the Valentine’s set menu - it was absolutely awful. Very poor quality factory type food, tiny portions and very expensive for what was on offer. Also, they put everybody on the Valentine’s set menu in a tiny cold corner of the restaurant away from the main restaurant. Staff rude and impatient also. Do not go here.

   Great location. Limited but good menu. Service was pretty slow; I think they forgot to put our order in because I had to ask a waiter to check on our food and we were one of perhaps seven tables occupied in the entire restaurant.

   Loved this place and so booked again. Excellent food, friendly staff and such a good spot for proper meal! The family really enjoyed the night here..will return.

    just booked for a casual drink & a bite to eat. Chilled vibe, and outstanding food. Been before when we have been on a London visit but seemed food was even nicer this year. Guy who served us advised a great Italian winer to go with our order, and he was proved right. Will definitely visit again. Great Value for money.
