We are a great neighborhood secret on the south end of town. We offer a variety of fresh fun food from our open display kitchen. We have a hardwood oven for great appetizers and flatbreads. Fresh Alaskan seafood and produce arrives daily and Chef Travis creates great innovative daily specials. Save room for our fantastic home-made desserts. We are proud recipients of the "Wine Spectators" Award of excellence 27 years in a row.

We had some favorites- the Clam Chowder, Cesar Salad, the Fresh troll caught Salmon and Scallops… and dessert of course! Great service even though they were busy! Love it!

Southside Bistro is our favorite restaurant in Anchorage. The service is great and staff is consistent. It's great to see the same great wait staff almost every time we go. It's very important that we can have conversation with dinner and be able to hear each other. The quiet environment, even when the restaurant is busy, is a big factor. The food is always such good quality and always delicious. We try other restaurants, but always come back to Southside Bistro as our favorite.
