   It is just not the same cool experience as the former Spaghetti Warehouse was. The old bar had such a cool vibe, but the new bar is very cold and uninviting. The menu was the same, and the food was good for the most part. The service was slow in acknowledging us (15 minutes), but once she got going she took good care of us.

   We had a reservation for three before seeing a musical at the Ohio Thester. Our reservation time was 5:45. It was obvious that others had the same idea but the restaurant didn’t make effort to stagger reservations or cut some off. We waited a long time to order and our food arrived cold at 6:50 so we asked for checks. I don’t recommend going here before an event at the Ohio theater until they do a better job of having more staff or not taking so many reservations. Our server and manager apologized but we won’t be back.

   While it was ok, service appeared to be covered by many staff to make the evening work. We shared billing info for a table of 7 with the first person, which never made it to our next person. Meals were delivered and chicken parm was tough. Wait person didn’t check on table until we were nearly done and we had to flag staff down to get bill just felt disorganized.

   Food is nothing like the original in Columbus. Most reviews are not good but we tried anyway. Will not return.

   Do not book here before an event at the theatres. They can't handle the influx. Over an hour without our dinner. People around us left bc of this.

   Some of the dishes were cold and bland. Other dishes were over salted. Poor service from our waitress. She took our order and was MIA until she brought our check. Was thinking about getting dessert but she just brought the check and never asked so I decided to get dessert elsewhere.

   Overall, we would try it again. The food was very good. The decor was nice.  There was an event downtown so it was very busy and they just couldn’t keep up with the service so we weren’t able to order a full meal like we were hoping but would try it again to see

   The spaghetti sauce was watery and had no flavor. The lasagna had hard pieces of overcooked or heated up pasta. We won't be going back.

   Hard to find parking, couldn’t get happy hour prices on food and drink at our table. We would have to walk to the bar and get it up there and bring it back to our table to eat it. The waitresses can’t honor happy hour prices at the serving tables. Totally ridiculous won’t go back.

    Great location if you’re going to the Ohio Theatre. It’s exactly what you would expect. Good service good taste and good value.
