   I do not understand why the owners chose this location. Get ready to walk because you have to park in the garages then cross The Commons to get to the restaurant. They only validate tickets for one of the three garages that are close to the restaurant. The appeal of the old restaurant is completely gone. The food was mediocre at best and the service was a joke. Our server was unpleasant and seemed annoyed. I do not know her name because she never introduced herself to me. I assume her neon nails were of more importance than her service because another server noticed all the plates that we stacked on our table throughout our meal and cleared them for us. My daughter is a server so I understand the industry and usually tip over 20%, it was a struggle for me to give this server even 10%. I will never be back, complete waste of time and money.

   It’s just not anywhere near the same as the actual Spaghetti Warehouses’. Change the name and it will be alright. The service was good. She was new to waiting tables but she did her best. The seafood linguine was too spicy with no flavor to enjoy. Menu didn’t even mention spice. The rest of the food was good. Overall lack luster experience for out of towners enjoying a birthday celebration. We don’t recommend and we won’t be back.

   Our first visit was last night. We haven’t been since they moved to the new location. Our food was great. Service was attentive.

   We walked into the restaurant and there was such a horrible smell. I’m not sure if it was sewer or exactly what it was but we could not even sit down to eat because it was so terrible.

   It is just not the same cool experience as the former Spaghetti Warehouse was. The old bar had such a cool vibe, but the new bar is very cold and uninviting. The menu was the same, and the food was good for the most part. The service was slow in acknowledging us (15 minutes), but once she got going she took good care of us.

   We had a reservation for three before seeing a musical at the Ohio Thester. Our reservation time was 5:45. It was obvious that others had the same idea but the restaurant didn’t make effort to stagger reservations or cut some off. We waited a long time to order and our food arrived cold at 6:50 so we asked for checks. I don’t recommend going here before an event at the Ohio theater until they do a better job of having more staff or not taking so many reservations. Our server and manager apologized but we won’t be back.

   While it was ok, service appeared to be covered by many staff to make the evening work. We shared billing info for a table of 7 with the first person, which never made it to our next person. Meals were delivered and chicken parm was tough. Wait person didn’t check on table until we were nearly done and we had to flag staff down to get bill just felt disorganized.

    Food is nothing like the original in Columbus. Most reviews are not good but we tried anyway. Will not return.
