Sparks Steak House was opened in 1966 by Michael and Pasquale Cetta, hence the logo 'Cetta Brothers Steak Masters'. The restaurant is still a family owned and operated business and is located in midtown Manhattan, a five minute walk from Grand Central Station and The United Nations. Join us to celebrate 50 years of business!

The restaurant is well known for excellent steaks, seafood, fresh vegetables and satisfying salads.
And of course, the huge wine list.

Very big Fillet is normal at this place. Best flavour for a fillet I ever experienced. Lobster was 5lbs and they cut it for you. Very nice place with old time waiters that know their jobs!

The service was very inattentive and I don’t know if they have a new chef but the creamed spinach was so garlicky we couldn’t eat it. Never had it like that before and it was inedible.

We had lunch at Sparks today. I had a sirloin steak and my wife had the lobster tail and shrimp plate. The food was excellent, as was the service.

I was a little disappointed by the scallops+crab. Did not seem that fresh. My date said the shrimp tasted like bleach. Wine was fantastic. I love your old bottles. Lamb chops were excellent. I was not cray about the veal Service by Omar was perfect

Sparks is still great after all these years. The service was great and food superb. Our waiter Ruben was a delight and we had a fun time. Only critique is the wine list is for expense accounts. There should be more selections under $100 a bottle.

Outstanding evening at Sparks. Absolutely top-notch service from Miguel – he was easy to find, had great recommendations, and was great to work with – as well as wonderful food. Sirloin and filet were outstanding, cooked exactly as requested and with generous portions.
