First time Italian cuisine. Wine tasting is a bonus. I learned a lot tonight. First tasting menu I tried ever with different groups of wine pairing on each dish by a certified wine specialist explaining how the pairing works and how they interwined. Thank you.

The food is phenomenal. A must eat! I had the weekend brunch menu and it was perfectly curated.

Our drinks took a while and came to the table in 3 trip each one with a 2-3 minute wait between. Our meal felt very rushed, the plates for the mains were being set while we were eating our appetizers, a little patience from the server while we were enjoying our food would have been appreciated.

Outstanding, as usual. The flat iron tartare was the winner dish of the evening, a 'special' that deserves a permanent spot on the menu. Service was impeccable; the servers' attention to detail was exactly what you would expect from a M rated restaurant. My third time at Quetzal. So far, its been better each time I go.
