   Beautiful restaurant and the service was excellent. However, when spending £40 on an (average) ribeye steak and £50 on a (below average) steak and lobster (surf & turf)… it’s concerning and disappointing when dishes arrive literally 5 minutes after ordering and arrive lukewarm. It’s quite obvious they were cooked for someone else and were sitting around for some time. When you’re going to charge those kinds of prices then there is no room for error. Needs to be better.

   Excellent environment, nice quality food and friendly staffs as well , we were constantly entertained by our waiter by name Christina , she’s such a lovely lady who love her job and what she does , will definitely visit again ….

   Food was very good . Drinks as expected . Service was good once our order was taken but it took 15 minutes after we were seated which was a little slow. Third time here and is a good restaurant with good food.

   Me, my wife and 2 young boys are regulars here You can always be sure to have an amazing meal here. The team know us well and are always well looked after in terms of seating and food. Everyone is amazing and the food quality is just the best. The ambience is great and very elegant. Special thanks to Reina who always goes out of her way to make our dining experience the ultimate which is why we always come back. Special thanks to the girl who checked us in too on Friday (25th Oct) @ 7pm and seated us - she is awesome too. Thanks all - will see you all soon Mr Mander and family

   Average food really. Quite expensive for what it is. Service charge added to bill and waitress then had cheek to ask for additional cash as they don’t get service directly. Surf and Turf £50 plus you have pay to upgrade from the basic steak on top.

   service was very slow and manager Alex has no customer service skills extremely rude and un professional had a bit of a chip on his shoulder needed to be brought down a peg or two to be honest as a long time customer of the place never seen service so poor and has led to never wanting to go back there again due to alex's behaviour

   Excellent service from start to finish Christina who served us was lovely she was friendly, polite and attentive she gave exceptional customer service recommending a lovely passion fruit cocktail. Unfortunately we were not able to pay the service charge this time round round but that surely was not due to my partner and I faulting the service which we recieved.

    The price has gone up so much, but the food has stayed the same, lobster is always nice, but for the price of it, I would’ve expected it to be a little larger
