   I used to love this restaurant but the service has gone down hill. The restaurant is loud!!! It’s like eating in a nightclub. They were not in time with our reservations. We could not have a cocktail at the bar while we wait so we had to wait outside in the freezing cold. To top it off the hostess was rude about it. We were there on a Saturday night but I will not be going back. We used to love this restaurant, but there are much better options in the north end for an older crowd. I think this place is catering to the gen z clientele which is clearly working out well for them because the restaurant was packed with 20 year olds. They didn’t even offer desert and we were freezing cold at the window seat after being outside in the cold waiting. This is not for an older crowd, at least on Saturday night.

   Another great meal — although we were a little crammed in. Carlo is always just awesome; kudos to him for his professionalism and spirit!

   I am not sure why this restaurant is so popular with celebrities. It’s super small and have a limited menu. They didn’t not have tea or coffee: they also don’t serve dessert on the weekends. Honestly offended. The table was also extremely wobbly and thought the entire table of food was going to fall all over my lap. The tables are very cramped together, reminds me more of small nyc restaurants. The food was very good, not anything life changing though.

   Service was good Meatballs are good Main entrees are average We had chicken parm and the special of the night the steak I felt both could have been better for there hype of how good they are

   We did not go because they didn't have the table ready. Truely, it was like going to a nightclub because the music was so loud. The manager asked us to go down the street as an option for their quiet resturant. We chose to go somewhere else as they didn't honor our reservation and seemed flustered. I then received an email from them to use their direct reservation method instead of a third party.

    To me the restaurant seemed like they crammed in as many people as they could into the small space. Our table seemed too small to hold our meals, drinks and bread. My husband thought the TV’s on the wall was a distraction from the ambiance of the restaurant. The food was delicious so that made up for the other things.
