   Everything was great from the time I entered the restaurant to the time I left the manager was very accommodating our waitress was totally awesome it was just overall a great experience I was celebrating my boyfriend's birthday it was his first time there and he really enjoyed himself thank you for the great experience

   Texas de Brazil used to be a top tier Brazilian Steakhouse, but in my opinion, their quality has gone down the drain. Their lunch price used to include dessert, and their desserts are phenomenal. They’ve now raised their prices, and dessert isn’t included. Aside from this, we constantly had to look around waiting to see when we would receive food because they were slow to come to our table. I don’t even recall getting all of the meats available. We ordered their Brazilian lemonades and all of them came out very different than the previous times we’ve ordered them. The salad bar area was up to par as usual and I had no problems there along with a great lobster bisque! We celebrated 2 birthdays and they didn’t even offer any free desserts for the occasion. It just seems like for the price we paid, we didn’t receive an experience to merit coming back. Thankfully our waiter was very kind to us and the management was also kind so that’s a plus!

   The meat at Texas de Brazil was great. This is a great place to enjoy special events. It was unique to experience waiters come and serve a big skewer of meat and cut them off right away. However, I wish that there was better communication between the manager, hosts, and servers. My partner and a group of friends went to celebrate my partner's birthday. I specifically wrote in the notes that I wanted to order a surprise dessert for my partner with "Happy Birthday" written on the plate. I also brought my own cake, and I asked specifically to bring out the cake AFTER the dessert. The host repeated after me and I assumed she understood what she should communicate to the servers. However, the dessert did not come out, and the cake came out first, without even cleaning out the table. Overall, the food was great, and I am interested in visiting again, but service and communication should have been better, especially because it was a special occasion for us.

   Food was okay, nothing overly special. There was a decent list for allergies online but when the manager came over she basically just told me where to find the menu. I had to make the servers wait to look at the menu every time someone came to our table to see if it was okay. I was unable to do this for my kid and peacefully eat my own food. Value for the meal was good. Price was expensive for the extras.. drinks desserts etc. I thought it was included but the desserts alone set us back $60 at 11+ each. Atmosphere and cleanliness was good. Likely won’t be going back due to the hassle of finding gf options for my kiddo.

   I have eaten at this particular Texas De Brazil at least 30 times. I told our server we wanted two iced teas and no waters. He then proceeded to fill us up two waters. There was no ice in them. Our drinks were empty a couple of times and needed refills and they left dirty plates on our table a couple of times. When Fabio ran this particular restaurant, the service was much better

   I was very delighted to go here tonight as the second annual trip w/friends… was delicious! Service was outstanding in most cases, food was outstanding in all cases, everything was very clean & beautifully presented…& I will absolutely be back! My friends (who I was with) go regularly, & it was sweet to see how accommodating they are with everyone’s meat preferences, as well as they clearly remembered who liked very spiced, low spiced, etc. There is a variety of tables to chose from, seat height seemed the same everywhere, but I definitely got the impression they could accommodate any accessibility needs. (I recommend staying needs on the OpenTable reservations, as well as then do a follow up call if wheelchair or other such requirement needed.)

    Waiter was super rude and not nice to me and my guest. Did not enjoy the experience. Also, I was there to celebrate my birthday and was not even acknowledged and was told I order for me to get a cake and birthday song I had to be a an exclusive member.
