   Service and food were definitely not worth the money tonight. Service was extremely slow and very inattentive for the amount of customers in the restaurant. The food and the quality of the meat were not up to par either. Overcooked at times and tough to chew. The seasoning was not as expected either with little or no flavor. I would look for another churrascuria restaurant for a better meal and experience.

   Lovely experience food was amazing I love cheese bread. The salad bar had a great smoked salmon. Great place to enjoy with family and friends.

   One of those Places when the quality of food gets poor on special occasions. Not worth the money I paid for that dinner. It’s like if you go could be ok or horrible. Good luck, don’t recommend, meat was burned, like very black and hard

   We arrived before our reservation time, and thankfully were seated pretty quickly. We were sat near the window, be prepared if dining in the winter, that can be a chilly seat. Salad bar offerings were very good and plentiful. The hot foods on the bar were delicious, especially the mushrooms and Brazilian black beans! Pace of service was good. We were not overwhelmed with options, nor were left waiting for long to try new selections. The parmesan crusted chicken and pork were our least favorites. The nightly special and filet were the highlights. Table offerings of potatoes, bread and bananas were also very good. The manager was observed picking up dropped items from the floor, cleaning tables and touching base with many customers. He demonstrated great leadership to his staff with those actions. We were also greeted by the General Manager. Overall our dining experience was top notch. If I had to look for a negative, I would say the parking lot could use a refresh. I know space is not in abundance in Addison, so be prepared to pay for valet. And the lot itself has a few pot holes. In all seriousness those are my only negatives about our experience. Thank you to the staff for great service on NYE.

   The food was great, but I have an issue with the pricing. I had 2 individuals over the age of 75 that do not eat a lot to begin, but were charged the same amount as I was. They ate what they could but definitely not justifiable for what they were charged. There should be a discounted rate for "senior citizens". I understand that there are other discounts available but to not have "senior citizens" discount doesn't seem right.

   So this is our go to place all year when we need to celebrate or just because we can days and it has never disappointed. From the freshness of the salad bar to the savory and melt in your mouth meats that are served. The staff is friendly and professional, its always an enjoyable experience.

   The food was definitely the best part of the experience, but everything about the service from the waitress was lacking. Basically ignored for the entire time and had to ask other employees to help us find our waitress just to get a refill. Totally a waste of time and money

    We made a reservation for dinner to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and loved everything about the restaurant—the food, service, ambiance, and family-friendly atmosphere. However, there was one issue that was quite upsetting. When it came time to pay, we noticed that our card had been charged for another table's bill, which amounted to $380, while our tab was only supposed to be $130. I'm usually not very good at noticing discrepancies in charges, but thankfully I caught this one. Please make sure to review your charges carefully before signing the receipt.
