We ask to be moved but was told we had to go to the front and wait to be reseated. I gave the whole experience a 2 stars.

After a while they said they found it but it was not the correct. I showed them my reservation on the app but they didn’t care. Said we will seat you but now you have to wait since you did it wrong. Prices are going up I get it, but why does customer service go down?

Was super tentative without hovering over us..was always one step ahead of us and made sure the food we wanted was brought out to us. All the food was delicious and fresh...drinks from the bar were great also!

I will not be coming to this location again. Addison is a better location for this restaurant.

                                                                                                                                                                                                Salad bar was phenomenal as usual, but the service was terrible. Waited forever to have plates and refills of beverages through the whole visit. Waitress was nice, but her lack of service ruined the experience. Requested lamb chops at the beginning of the night, waited 45 minutes until I requested it once again, and then the chops finally showed up burned to a crisp. Most of the steak was great besides a few times of it being overcooked also. This was probably my tenth visit or more to Texas de Brazil, and after tonight I may visit again hoping to get better service for my money.

Everything was pretty expensive but partially worth it. I would definitely recommend trying it just for the experience!
