                                                                                                                                                                                                Food was good but service needs a big boost. It was very busy and I had to ask for a waiter to come to our table. Dinner went decent. At the end I asked for the dessert tray to choose. 15 minutes later I had to get up and ask a manager for help as it never came. It finally came and we ordered. After we got our dessert, and we were done eating i had to get up again and ask for our check as it was again another 15 minutes. It seemed like we were an after thought.

The food overall wasn’t anything special for what you pay for. Pretty over hyped if you ask me.

                                                                                                                                                                                                Reservation at 7 - arrived 10 min early- check in and waited at bar less than 10 feet away. Checked in at 7:13 and were told we were next on list- checked again at 7:30 and found my reservation slip to be loose on the desk and told we didn’t respond when our name was called. Got to the table, server came over to get drinks and NEVER returned. He never brought water, never brought plates, never checked in on us, nothing. Finally got our own plates from the salad bar. The girl cleaning tables and bringing out sides actually filled our water and was more attentive than our server. We asked her for more drinks from the bar and she was not a server and unable to put those drinks I. But she did tell another server who asked whose section it was and didn’t help at all. We finally got up and handed the empty drinks to our server and told him to go get refills. The manager came over and slightly apologized and semi took over serving us since we had to request the dessert selection. Overall extremely disappointed with service while those other tables around us were being served by this server. Food was good what little we did get. We and the table next to us had to ultimately request for the food. Overall extremely disappointed.
