Texas de Brazil- Brazilian Steakhouse is carving a new experience in dining! The concept combines the cuisine of Southern Brazil with the spirit of Texas, for a dining experience unmatched anywhere else. Voted as one of “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat, Texas de Brazil features a dynamic menu of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage all deliciously seasoned, cooked over an open flame and carved tableside by the Gauchos. The restaurant also features a 50-item, fresh gourmet salad area containing seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses, authentic Brazilian dishes and other specialties. Beware, server will add gratuity on check and at check out ask you to please add gratuity , so they make double tip. Beware. Shameful !!

This place used to be a lot better that is why we returned today. Salad bar was lacking and meat was clearly cooked at a super high temp charged on the outside and rare underneath. Service was okay. Huge disappointment. No alcohol. 4 adults and one kid over $350 for a mediocre meal.

We decided to try the salad bar option as opposed to the full meat option. The buffet was quite delicious but was missing two items we had enjoyed previously - the smoked salmon and the chicken salad. That's where they lost a star.
