   The experience was okay. Took almost half an hour to park and eventually had to lie and use the valets from another restaurant since they did not have their own and there were no open spots. Could have paid to park at a nearby hotel parking garage, but it was pretty good walk away. Everyone as the restaurant was super nice and attentive. There were a lot of Christmas parties, so it was impossible to hear anything or have a discussion. The salad/soup area was outstanding, and most of the meat was good, but got a few cuts of filet that were like rubber. Not a problem, however, as there was plenty more. Drinks are outrageous at $14 + each, so just had water. Will be a one-time experience just because of the hassle and noise. Not that much better than a place like Golden Corral, for example, unless you are a big meat person.

   Horrible service can make good food taste worse. Brought in a party of six for my birthday. I paid for the whole table. Our drink cups stayed empty, we hardly saw a waitress, and when she did come by once or twice the communication was next to none. The meat servers didn’t fail to interrupt conversation every minute or two, but our actual server should have just stayed home. There were plenty of employees standing around watching a seat and doing nothing work related. The birthday cake we brought in at the beginning, never got refrigerated and melted by the time our dinner was over. After asking for the cake several times we received the melted glob of goo that once was a cake. She dropped the warm cake on the table with no plates, no forks and walked away. No plates, no forks, no respect. I wish I would’ve just taken everyone to outback steakhouse for a few hundred dollars less. This was a horrible experience, we will not be back.

   We had a department Christmas lunch—party of 13 at a nice long table. TdB is a great venue for an event like this. Our waiter was excellent. After his introduction, being able to head straight to the salad bar kicked things off right. Ditto to the gentlemen visiting often with the various meat selections—taking things to the next level! It was my first time visiting a churrascaria and what an experience!

   I struggle with writing nothing but positive reviews, but this one will be a blend. PRO: The service from the hostess showing us our table, to our sever to people who bring food table-side, to the crew setting up new tables, stocking the salad bar cooks and cleaners - everyone was friendly, kind and working so hard! Salad bar and dessert - very good. CONS: Extremely cold, which completely takes away from what’s supposed to be a relaxed dining experience with friends/family. Noise level - Had to keep easing our voices just to try and talk over the noise, so we eventually just stopped. Also takes away from a positive ambiance. Meats - surprisingly, multiple things were overcooked and dried out. Sides - we wish they wouldn’t bring any because it’s just wasted food (at least with us).

   We came to celebrate my son’s birthday. The food and service were wonderful! Our waiter Jorge couldn’t have done a better job! The only part we disliked was the dining environment. The tables are quite close together. Going in/out or to the restroom was like a maze. Once you arrive at your table, you have to be cautious of not scooting your chair into the people at the table behind you. This won’t keep us from coming back. The food is amazing! But I wouldn’t recommend booking this restaurant for a special occasion dinner.

   Way too many managers!! Bartenders were awesome they definitely need a bar back to restock and clean for them. The floors were so slippery and almost fell several times!! Food was very tasteful but not enough coming around very disappointed in meat severs!!! Probably won’t go back!!

   Place was SUPER LOUD. I could barely hear anything said. Atmosphere was crowded and fast paced compared to other Texas De Brazil locations I’ve been to as well. Food was good. Although some items were not properly labeled. Plus, because it was so loud, sometimes we had no idea what meat was being brought to us as we couldn’t hear the waiters. Other than that, it was fairly decent. Oh. We had gone for a birthday dinner and while I had asked if anything would be possible to be done, even something as simple as writing “Happy Birthday” on the dessert plate, we got nothing. That was mildly disappointing but by the time we even for dessert, we were already itching to leave.

   The variety is fantastic. All the meats were delicious and plentiful (steak, lamb, chicken, sausage). The salad bar has many options and was very enjoyable. The only complaint was the noise level, to loud to have/enjoy conversation. We will return.
