   Food- Good quality cooked beautifully. Varied menu from local steak to vegetarian. Nicely presented. Flavorful Service- very pleasant server, warm and friendly Ambiance- beautiful wood interior with open kitchen. Stone floors. Very attractive. Our experience- Enjoyed our meal very much. Far better than most in town restaurants. Our visit was the end of February. There was more staff than diners. Always bumps us out when we see a great establishment empty. You need a Biltmore pass to enter the property.

   Girl's trip here for a night. So fun. Would return. Great food and drink. Waitress brandi was a doll!

   My husband and I always get exceptional service at the Bistro and delicious food. I had a wonderful estate greens salad with picked winter squash...I loved it. We had both had the filet; melt in your mouth and perfect temp. I am a Creme Brulee snob, the Bistro has never failed to deliver a perfect one. 10 out of 10. Our sever, Lemar was very attentive, and provided excellent service.

   Good, energetic staff, interesting side to the Rib Eye, I personally would have preferred plain Mashed potatoes, they had puréed Japanese radish O think, a little too sweet for my taste to be paired with steak, and I wasn’t overly impressed with the broccolini. Overall good. The French Onion soup had a lot of bread and Cheese but not a proportionate ratio of onions. It was good but not great

   The food was very good, but overall I didn’t really enjoy the experience because everything was so incredibly slow. We had a reservation but didn’t get seated for 20 minutes after… each course took forever to come out and we were there for over two hours.
