Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Food was nothing less than amazing!! I love my steak medium but some places you have to order medium well but I took my chances as this was my first time here. I ordered medium and when I say it was cooked to perfection! To put steak sauce on this steak would be disrespectful! Our waiter was amazing! Tipped her $100 for the superb service. This was also on New Years Eve! Myself, my wife and my brothers/sisters In laws will definitely be back

    Despite the entire restaurant being packed the Capital Grille team did an amazing job. Our server, Julianna, provided excellent service and did not rush us our dining experience. The cooking team and bartenders managed the high occupancy by getting our cocktails, appetizers and entrees out with a reasonable timeframe. Hats off to a great management team for orchestrating a great dining experience.

    Took my wife here to celebrate her birthday and it was such a nice experience. Our servers were great. Donnie made the experience even more enjoyable. He gave us tips and lots of laughter to enjoy the night. The food and drinks were was 10/10 will definitely be going back.

    My husband ordered the 10 oz filet and I ordered the scallops with lobster and asparagus risotto. Our food was delicious and our server was friendly and attentive. The value is much better than most fine dining restaurants!

    Top notch Baltimore high end steak house. Every visit was been outstanding. Steaks cooked to order. Excellent service. Overall, great atmosphere. I'll be back for another of many visits.

    Brian, our server, was lovely and attentive. The food was good steak house fare but not as good as the price would suggest. The chicken was way too salty, the mash potatoes were gluey/gummy and the asparagus was not properly trimmed. The filet was great, the drinks perfect, and desserts lovely.

    We absolutely love The Capital Grille. It’s our annual Christmas Tradition Dinner! Julianna is our server, absolutely terrific! We always try to sit in her section if possible. The food, ambience, bar service. Outstanding!

    The restaurant has a warm, lovely ambience that reflects Baltimore’s history. The menu has ample selections, and the cocktails and food were excellent. Our waiter happily accommodated our requests and my surprise birthday desserts (yes, that’s with an -s) were elegantly presented and joyously brought to the table. I wholeheartedly recommend the Capital Grille, especially for special occasions.
