Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The service is top notch period. My bone in rib eye had no bone and was chewy but delicious. Not the best at the price!! Wife had the tenderloin with lobster tail which was great. Tuna tartare app was very good. Overall noise level is way too loud for my taste. Shame because otherwise a wonderful vibe. Overall not worth the three benji tab.

    Bobby runs the best steakhouse in Boca. Food is fantastic and it’s always a great experience. Nate our waiter was awesome and has a great sense of humor. Can’t wait for the next dining experience.

    Emily our server was great! We were a couple minutes late and at no time did we feel rushed. Her service was 10 out of 10 and the management team made it a point to come by even though the restaurant was super busy. Always a pleasure to go and wanted to give a shout out to the kitchen staff. Never had we had a better steak and meal.

    You can not go wrong with CG it is always spot on with food and service. We asked to be seated with Nate, he is awesome and always on top of your dining needs. It was my birthday and the experience was magical, even with it being New Years Eve. All dishes were prepared to our liking and were delicious, as was the wine and cocktails. We highly recommend Capital Grill.

    Always good and on point. Even tackling a high traffic event like New Year’s Eve they were great . While waiting a bit longer for our reservation the free sparkling wine was overflowing.
