Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Dinner was delicious and, as always, beyond perfection! Service was phenomenal and management of this restaurant, on a busy New Year’s Eve, was a like a fine tuned machine! From Valet service, to the hostesses, wait staff, bar tenders, and management, they are true professionals! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    Absolutely loved it. Best service, personalized, fast, professional, best food, yummy, fresh, well presented & delicious cocktails and the atmosphere too, well done. Top notch quality, quantity, presentation, we had a great time and experience. We are returning customers and will be returning for sure when back again. Abel was our waiter and he was the responsible to advice and make us have such a wonderful time, thank you ABEL!
