Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Service was excellent - very accommodating with us making decisions and there when we needed but not hovering. Great steak -- always is there, the sides were okay, prefer a choice between fresh vegetables instead of creamed spinach but not a real problem. Is not inexpensive but is worth the high standard of steaks.

    Always a super experience. Dependable quality as far as service, food and presentation. More boisterous than I would like, but it’s part of the ambiance of a super busy restaurant. Our server, Sebastian, was delightful, helpful and knowledgeable.
