Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Jasmine was our server for the evening and she did a wonderful job for our entire dinner! We will definitely be back when we are in the area again and will ask for Jasmine’s section!

    We love this restaurant and were there to celebrate a milestone birthday for my hubby. Food is always amazing, and we ask for Carin’s (server) area each time we are there because she is fantastic!

    We came here for my sisters birthday and had an amazing experience. Tom was friendly he really made us feel welcome, excellent knowledgeable server, and the food was incredible! They had happy birthday confetti on the table and left a kind note for the birthday girl. We will definitely be coming here again. Oh and the drinks were also excellent!

    The quality of the food was fantastic. Our server Jasmine was the perfect balance between being attentive, but not hovering and very knowledgeable. Capital Grille went above and beyond for our anniversary and it was much appreciated.

    Our dinner was excellent, each menu choice was delicious. Server (sorry didn't hear his name) was superior. only downside, had to wait 30 minutes with a reservation. Very Noisy, difficult to hear my table mates. It was Saturday nite at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa next door to Bloomingdales, so understandable crowds. Recommend valet parking since there was NO parking within a decent walking distance. We'll go again, midweek next time.

    Received an email ad for a Waygu Hamburger special with a glass of wine. Photos looked great. Decided to go for it and made a reservation. Exceeded our expectation-- food, service, value was very good. Looking forward to eating there again in the near future.
