Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Had dinner with our elderly neighbor who is in assisted living. He wanted steak from Capital Grille! They were very attentive and nice, the food was very good. The guys had steak, but I tried the lamb chops. The chops were a little fatty, but tasty. We always enjoy dinning here.

    Isaiah was an attentive and wonderful server. The prosciutto wrapped mozzarella was outstanding as was the rib eye steak. Coconut cream pie was a perfect ending to our meal!

    Great steaks and lobster tails, sides and salads. Service was a little slow but acceptable. The only complaint was that the air conditioning could not be turned down so we had to leave the bar and head to the main dining room where the temperatures were more normal. Will go back!

    Capital Grille never disappoints (and I do mean never!). It’s all the little extra things from having a hand written notes at our table, to being greeted at the front desk with birthday wishes. Their focus on the experience is fully completed with exquisitely crafted meals.

    I was a little disappointed in the dry burger. Not enough onions and blye cheese. Kind if cold too. Just not the quality you expect with a Wagyu burger from Capital Grill. Wine pairing was awesome.
