Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Once again, Capital Grille came through with flying colors. We celebrated my husband Bob’s birthday with friends. We had a lovely corner booth, table was decorated and they had a birthday card waiting. Host and our server Philippe went out of their way to make Bob feel special. Chef surprised with a special treat to start the evening (delicious calmari). Food was delicious, Philippe was terrific and we had a glorious evening. Bravo Capital Grille!

The food was delicious. Steaks cooked as requested. Our server Oscar was very attentive and courteous. Overall , great dining experience!

Isaiah was great. He made the experience even better than we expected. We were at Dallas Market and my sister had her truck stolen, we had already made reservations so we went to Capital Grill. The service provided made us feel good about the situation. Isaiah even brought out a comp desert with “congratulation” on it. We ask what it meant, he said it was congratulations on finding your truck. We all appreciated his thoughtfulness. I have always recommended this restaurant, but this experience was the best.

As always, it was a pleasant and delicious dining experience at Cap Grille! This restaurant (no matter what city) is always my go to for a high-end steak dinner, and they never fail. The steak is always consistently cooked, juicy and tender (and I like it well done). We had the fortune of having Oscar as our server, and just like last time, he was great. We celebrated a friend's new job hiring and the staff set us up in a private room, which was so nice and allowed us to have conversation without all the normal noise in the dining room. Will be back for sure. Thank you again for great meal!

The food Was outstanding. The steak was delicious and the lobster Mac &cheese was very good too Our waiter David was very good. His service was excellent
