Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Annual Christmas jaunt to the Cap Grille Bar. Annual as Each year it's great .... as was 2024. Shawn and the gang provided Outstanding and fun service and the food was delicious.

    We had an excellent meal. The restaurant was completely packed for a holiday/Avs game weekend. But once we were seated, we didn’t even notice. The service was top notch, the food came out in a very reasonable time. The food was perfect. Everything we expected a top tier steak house to offer. It’s our favorite. The waiters are amazing.

    We ordered the fillet medium rare and it came out very rare and cold in the middle. I understand things happen but for the price we pay and for us to not even eat half of it is absurd

    Bravo - A monday evening to celebrate a birthday was magnificent. Drinks, ambience and food in the bar area was top self. Finishing the evening with a birthday plate and card was a pleasant surprise. We’ll be back.

    We go every year to Denver and the Capital Grill. The service is always outstanding and the food as well. I saw multiple waiters adjust the setting on an empty table to ensure that it was perfect when the party arrived. They strive to make everything your way, food included. If you want something adjusted, just ask!
