   We had a beautiful dinner with matching wines thanks to the delightful sommelier Alfredo and our waiter Javier. Literally every course was fabulous and was a feast for our eyes and palates! We would recommend all of them again: Lobster Crab Cakes Beet & Goat Cheese Salad Lamb Lollipops Mixed Berry Sorbet NY Strip with sides of Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese and Asparagus Cheesecake We had wines paired with each course and the pairings were perfect! Alfredo KNOWS his wine and food! The service from Javier was highly attentive. We appreciated that they did not rush us and served us on our schedule. This is the second time we have come here since we moved here almost 3 years ago. Each experience has been outstanding. The first time, my husband asked me, “What took us so long to find this place?” This is our now special occasion placed in Fort Worth! If you love outstanding food, matching wines and being pampered, this is the place for you too!

   Service started out strong and then deteriorated. Ribeye sandwich was rough and chewy, disappointing and uncharacteristic of that cut. Soap and bisques were great.

   Anniversary dinner. We’ve spent several anniversaries here. This time both steaks were very undercooked. My husband sent back his $76.00 steak he ordered medium and received very rare. The waiter actually noticed how undercooked it was. It had a balsamic glaze, and they just refired it. When it came back, it was medium rare inside but the outside completely charred due to the glaze. We requested both steaks to go since we knew we could reheat appropriately. They’ve always provided a dessert for special occasions…apparently not anymore. We spent $300 primarily on steaks not cooked to order…twice. Service was good, dessert were ordered was good. Overall disappointed since they raised prices drastically but over no comp whatsoever. Apparently had a new chef/cook. Party of 2 next to us also had very undercooked steaks. Sad to spend this much money and receive this lack of standard.

   Went for a late V-day dinner and ordered the Chef Recommended Filet Mignon. The flavor was extremely good although the Filet wasn’t as warm as I’d of liked(personal preference). The potatoes and mushrooms (for the table) were amazing. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! They also have a selection of special occasions, allowing them to prepare your table accordingly.

   The food was excellent, but the coconut cream pie was more like a tart, not pie.

   Fantastic environment with great ambiance and lighting. The wait staff was top notch and the food was some of the best that I’ve had in Fort Worth. Highly recommend for a wonderful date night.

   The restaurant has a cozy, dimly lit ambiance that feels inviting. On Valentine's Day, the lively crowd added to the festive energy, though it was a bit noisy. We were seated promptly despite the busy night. The staff was courteous and did their best to accommodate everyone, even with some delays in drink and dinner orders. The food and drinks were excellent, with a diverse menu and well-prepared dishes. The flavors were balanced and the presentation on point. Overall, it was a positive experience.

    Valentines Evening, The Capital Grille saved it all for me. I had made reservations at another steakhouse for my wife and I 16th wedding anniversary. Once we arrived at the other establishment we were informed our reservation was not there. We’ve gone to this place for years and they couldn’t get us in. I went to Open table and somehow found a reservation for 7:45. It was almost 7:30 and we were 30 minutes away. I took the reservation, called the restaurant and explain and they gave us until 8. Our server was outstanding, the food was amazing, better than our 1st choice. Thank You for getting me out of a jam.
