Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. John was a very accommodating and professional waiter. We enjoyed dining with him. The shrimp cocktail was not as good as we’ve experienced in the past at Capital Grille. Steaks were cooked to the appropriate temperature and John quickly accommodated when the bernaise sauce on one of the steaks was insufficient. Kudos to John.

Normally Valentine’s Day in restaurants are rushed and typically service is off. This was not the case, from our waitress Deana to the food was excellent. We were a little late due to traffic on Valentines Day but we were seated immediately! No issues! Everything was perfect! So glad I chose The Capital Grille, not my first time dining here but definitely not my last!

Food was great. Service was excellent. Wish the maitre/front of the house hostess was a bit more pleasant but it was a busy night so I understand. The brussels and crème brûlée were my favorite. Steak was way overcooked but the manager made up for it in a lovely way. Overall, 8/10 experience.
