Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     It was a below average experience. I'm not sure if the experience would have been better if it wasn't a holiday. My steak was severely uncooked, and unfortunately, the attendant never asked why I didn't eat it. My party didn't seem to get the attention like other tables. Our reservation started at 7:30 pm we we didn't leave until after 11pm. I have always preferred the bar experience over the dining room. The experience last night just reinforced my preference.

    We were there for our anniversary and they treated us really well and I got a rose and we got a free dessert and everything was delicious and the waiter was great. Everybody was really nice.

    It just wasn’t great. For the price you pay, it is not great. Food took a long time between courses. Entrees came out lukewarm, one undercooked. Server wasn’t attentive.
