   Waited over an hour for food. Filet was unseasoned and lobster tail tasted microwaved. Vey disappointed and won’t be back.

   Valentine's dinner, we were already expecting to wait, we knew it would be hectic which made it tolerable. We checked in with the host and were directed to the bar for drinks while we waited. We were brought to our table 45mins later which again was fine because it was expected. Drinks and conversation was good and we didn't feel the wait time. Eric was out server, he was amazing, very apologetic and sincere. Our food was also amazing, the steak and lamb cooked to our preference exactly. Prefect dining experience through and through, just come with the right mindset, everyone was working hard and doing their best.

   Disappionting Valentines diner Waiting time to het s table 50 minutes after reservation time. Appetizer cold and the service needed 45 minutes to get the steak. What a shame.

   EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. OUR SEVER ISAIAH WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MENU. THIS IS ONE OF OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANTS. THE FILET N LOBSTER WERE EXCELLENT.

   Perfect meal as always. Filet prepared perfectly and the lobster Mac and cheese is a show stopper. Table with a view of the strip and the anniversary was a success.

   This was my 25th Wedding Anniversary so I made my 4:45pm reservation well in advance and requested a window seat for this momentous occasion. On arrival the host told us to wait by the bar for a little while so he could accommodate our seating request. We waited 30 mins and literally watched a dozen couples who came in after us be seated. I finally stopped one of the staff and explained our position, he said he’d check and when he came back he said we were next up. We then watched about 6 or 7 more parties be seated! We stopped another staff who said we should have asked her originally and about 5 mins later we were seated at a table that was NOT a window table. To add insult to injury there were several couples that came in after us that were seated at window tables! Our waiter was very attentive and our drinks came out and were delicious. I ordered a cup of French onion soup it came out barely warm. I sent it back and it came out a little warmer but not hot like soup should be. My wife ordered the surf n turf, medium & by the time her medium steak came with absolutely no pink in it our waiter had been assigned a large table of 10 & we could not get his attention to exchange it. She also said her lobster tail was overcooked and chewy. While we appreciated the Anniversary Card & Anniversary dessert we were given, the food wasn’t cooked properly & to be asked to wait for the seating I requested then never given was very upsetting. It put a stain on the evening.

   Terrific service and ambience. Steak was undercooked and full of gristle. Au gratin potatoes were undercooked with too much garlic in the cheese sauce. An off day from a food perspective.

    Excellent food & service at table. Entrance for car/taxi/ride share ls sketchy, at best - only one elevator working. Female bartender unconcerned that no one was at hostess station, and told us to walk over to mall entrance hostess station - most unprofessional, then again we interrupt her personal conversation with other staff members.
