Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Typically don’t go out for Valentine’s Day, but we were celebrating a different occasion. Miami traffic was terrible as it usually is, so it took us an hour and a half when in reality, we were coming from the boat show. We ended up just sitting at the bar since we knew we missed our reservation. The manager, Ryan, was so amazing and set us up for dinner nicely. Although the food took a little long (it’s Valentine’s Day of course) the bartender, Beverly was so kind and constantly kept us updated on the food. I want to thank them for taking such good care of us on one of the busiest nights in the restaurant world. Definitely going back soon! Totally worth the wait!

    We had a party of 10 on Valentine’s Day and the service was great and the food over exceeded our expectations , we will definitely come back when we are in Miami again.

    Our Valentines Day celebration was wonderful. The ambiance, food and service were amazing! Andrea, our server, made the difference in our experience. She is the best!!

    We are regulars at Capital Grill and service and quality we exceptional as always, with one disappointment . My guest ordered a bone-in filet which they. told us was available. When our meals came out the brought him the bone-in ribeye. When we questioned this the server told us they were out of the filet. This makes no sense. Why would they sub without even mentioning this. Very disappointed .

    Always always always the best experience and food. Joe Chea is an amazing server. Goes above and beyond! He made our dinner so enjoyable. Best steak in Miami. Great wine list. Tried a new wine that Joe recommended.

    I had the pleasure of being served by Jesus at The Capital Grille while celebrating my husband’s birthday, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, Jesus made us feel welcomed and special. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great suggestions that enhanced our dining experience.
