Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grill! Always go with confidence. We had a delicious meal to celebrate a friend’s birthday and our anniversary. The managing partner provided a table that accommodate our friends comfortably. Brooklyn provided patient and very helpful service. Delicious cocktails. Yummy starters. And quality entrees. All things that one expects from the restaurant. And they delivered. Unexpected desert plates with fruit, a bit of cheesecake and flourless chocolate espresso cake topped off the evening. Thank you for a great evening.

    Best steak I’ve ever had, and some of the best service I’ve ever received. Brooklyn did everything she could to make this a top notch experience.

    Tatum is one of the most professional and witty waiters we have ever met- she was outstanding in every way and is a great credit to the restaurant! A lovely place and way to celebrate our anniversary!

    I always enjoy dining at The Capital Grille. Brandon was our server and he was exceptional. I ordered the lobster bisque which is always outstanding. My entree was a special which was a Caesar salad with steak and blackened shrimp-it was excellent. My overall dining experience at The Capital Grille with Brandon’s service and attentiveness was top notch.

    Had the african lobster tail with luke luke warm butter. Not good. Suggestion…Need to add candle warmers to keep the butter hot to help warm the lobster. Wont ever order lobster there again.
