Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were in town on travel. Confirmed table needs and did not receive although there was an open table in the back of the room. Servers were good but not great. Dinner took too long.

    Excellent as always. Food was wonderful and the added birthday dessert made iit really special. Brooklyn our server makes you feel very welcomed we appreciate the extra service from all at this restaurant.

    The restaurant was cold! Almost no beets in the new beet salad! Mashed potatoes were cold. Filet was delicious. Not the best New Year’s experience.
