Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had the most amazing Thanksgiving lunch. Our food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. A huge thanks to Taylor for making our dining experience so special. We look forward to returning soon.

    Absolutely fantastic! Turkey dinners a the table sides we ordered were outstanding! Service was excellent! Even the valet process was smooth with friendly workers! Thanks to all who gave up their holiday to make ours so very special!

    We went there for our wedding anniversary and it was an excellent experience. The food, service, atmosphere was top-notch. We gihly reccomend this place to anyone. We'll definitely be coming back.
