Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Haven’t been to capital Grille in lunch in many years. This was definitely a very enjoyable lunch out with work colleagues to celebrate an occasion and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back for lunch.

    We went for a birthday celebration. Evan was our sever and made the experience excellent. Food was great and menu had a nice selection. Definitely going back.

    Awful, which is the opposite of our usual experience here, whether at the bar area or in the dining room. What happened? Ask the main bar tender. Approximately on Monday, April 24th 2025 at approximately 5:45pm until about 7:15pm or so.
