Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Our server, Jon, was friendly, professional and offered recommendations that we really enjoyed. We had a variety of menu options. All if the steaks ordered were cooked as requested, and the scallops and lobster were prepared perfectly. We ordered appetizers as well. The tuna tartar was unbelievable, and the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella was delicious. We ordered two side dishes, garlic sautéed spinach and truffle fries. Both exceeded expectations. The wine list had many select wines, and the dirty martinis were top notch. We had decaf cappuccinos that were the perfect end to our meal. We decided we would definitely go back and would highly recommend it!

    Waited an hour past our reservation time before a table was ready in the bar area. Hostesses were clueless as to what was going on with the tables.

    Another home run! Had a great lunch taking advantage of their great lunch menu. Jon did a wonderful job to make sure the service was top notch, and the food is 100% consistent. We all had a great time! Thanks to all involved.
