Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Once again we had an outstanding experience at Capital Grill. We were celebrating our first born’s birthday. From being greeted at the door, to all of the service staff taking care of us, to those telling us “thanks for coming”, everything was perfect. Food and drinks were amazing. Highly recommend!

    Took too long to be seated , with reservation and barely anyone there. Taste of food not great. Frequent diners at other locations. Always delicious. Not this time.

    We were disappointed in our meal tonight. We both ordered the special bone in filet and it seemed tough and not much flavor especially for being charged 85.00 each.
