Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our waiter, Carlos, was very helpful and gracious. We had a couple small glitches but the Manager, Henri was caring and accommodating to make sure our experience defined the excellent reputation of Capital Grille.

    Everything was wonderful. My fault for asking for the crème brûlée to go. It isn’t the same if not eaten immediately. Our waiter was superb and very accommodating. I look forward to my next visit to The Capital Grille.

    Capital Grille has great food, today was our second time there. Our first time was amazing! And we thought that was the standard, today was not at the same level. The crab cake which is supposed to be share is served as a single crab cake. I ordered the beet salad and it was more or an arugula salad so that was disappointing. Overall the main courses were amazing though. We will probably go back but thinking about exploring other options. hopefully the level of service is a lot better next time.

    Fabulous restaurant! Staff is so friendly, helpful and attentive to all dining needs. I was celebrating my birthday and they made it special by their focus on details and special dessert. I recommend Capital Grille for every special occasion and just for a quiet lunch or dinner.

    Hands down, the best French Onion soup I have ever had! The filets mignon was amazing. Loved the asparagus and the scallop potatoes. Service was impeccable.

    The Waygu and Wine event was fabulous. Burgers were delicious and Migration Pinot Noir was excellent. Our waitress was excellent as well
