   Special lunch for my Mum's 75th Birthday and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant looked great, the food was amazing and the service really friendly. We opted for food from the A La Carte Menu but a lunch menu at £24 for 2 courses was on offer and would have been a real bargain considering the quality. A nice touch with the Happy Birthday plate with Petit fours presented to my Mum - she was chuffed. Would highly recommend.

   This restaurant is truly a gem! We often visit for Sunday lunch, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, and the pre ordered tart tasting is an absolute treat! We also love exploring the amazing selection of wines by the glass, which always pair beautifully with the meal. I can highly recommend a visit, whether for a relaxed Sunday lunch or a special occasion, this place is a must try.

   I sent my parents here for a meal and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They have some very high standards but said this was one of the best gastro pubs they've ever been to. They even got the table number so they can request it next time!

   This restaurant lived up to its reviews. The food was outstanding, the recommended wine perfectly complimented it, the staff were cheerful, friendly and welcoming and it was a lovely place to spend the evening. The Apple Tarte tatin was to die for, worth taking the risk and ordering it before you eat. All in all a wonderful evening.
