   We really enjoyed our experience at Bear Creek Grill restaurant. The food was overpriced and we were disappointed with the fact that we paid $500 for four steaks. The service was good however we were not happy with the quality of food.

   When we arrived for our reservation, we were seated and greeted by our server almost immediately. He was friendly and very nice to our three children, the place was clean and warm and inviting, and there were not a lot of people there. That, unfortunately, is where the service and good experience started and stopped. It took us 10 minutes to get 5 waters and another 10 minutes to get the kids cup of water our server noted he was getting when he first sat us. We ordered our drinks when our first set of waters arrived and it then took 10 minutes for half to arrive and the other half took ANOTHER 10 (none were alcoholic beverages the most “complicated” being a Shirley Temple for our 8 year old). We placed our order at this time and requested the fries for our 3 year old be brought out sooner than later since it was already 30 minutes in to sitting down. Bread was brought to our table (4 slices for 6 people) and no butter and then another basket of bread came out shortly after, without butter, so we waited longer to be able to give the kids bread. It took us 45 minutes from there to get our food, with two orders cold, all steaks well overdone, and my daughter’s fries coming out 10 minutes later. We have gone to the Grille countless times and never had a poor experience but this was one of the worst experiences we had, and unfortunately it was a later night on our part, as we had gone tubing at the mountain before that, so it was a tough night for our three kids to get through such a long wait, and bad service, in a less than half full restaurant. We were never informed they were understaffed until our food came out 45 minutes after ordering, an hour and 15 minutes+ from arriving for our 7:15pm reservation.

   My family and I had a wonderful dinner here. The kids enjoyed meals from the kids menu and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to have two vegan options that were really good. Would definitely dine here again.

   Such a great experience. We are transported out of Pa and to the slopes of CO with great views, stone pillars, fireplaces, dark wood, arts and crafts ambience. The service is fabulous. The food is delicious and served with great presentation. Well done team. Well done! Thank you.

   Very very disappointed! The service was not good and wasn’t even old enough to serve the drinks which then put getting them even longer! They were out of most of the appetizers and a few of the main meals. Their menu isn’t that big to begin with! Apologies after apologies! The manager got involved but that didn’t change anything. He then brought us out an appetizer to try and smooth things over the pita bread was good but the dips he served it with weren’t really dips and weren’t good at all! The meals came out and very small portions. My dish in particular was supposed to be to have crab and sausage and there was one bit size piece of sausage and a little crab. The manage said he would discount our bill some. Still…doesn’t change the facts! Then the bill comes out and good thing I looked it over as it wasn’t correct! They even charged us for the complimentary appetizer he brought out! Needless to say very disappointed and what a waste of an evening with friends who were look no forward to a good meal!

   Dinners were terrible. This was our second time there and both time the meals were terrible. Was hoping the first time was just a fluke, but it was not.

    Great and very friendly service. A very impressive dinner menu with lots of delicious sounding choices. We had the French onion soup and scallops both of which were absolutely delicious. The portion size was very generous. The noise level is subdued making for easy conversations. The atmosphere was outstanding with floor to ceiling windows, numerous fireplaces, stacked stones and a beautiful arts and craft’s motif. Great job! Thank you.
