   The speakers were all off, but the subwoofer was blasting. I said something to the waiter who said they know it’s broke. They should turn down the subwoofers till the system is fixed. Better yet fix it asap. It was torture hearing it loudly rumble over our heads during dinner.

   One of my favorite steak restaurants. I’ve been going here for years, and I am always happy to come back. I’ve never had bad service or food at The Keg. Always excellent!

   We have gone to The Keg for many years for Thanksgiving. We have enjoyed so much that we look forward to it each year. This year was no exception, and I made our reservation relatively early. Knowing that it is a popular event, we arrived just slightly ahead of our reservation time. We were not seated until well after the reservation time (waiting area is cramped and cold) -- I understand that some of the timing is dependent on how long other diners sit at table (or the time it takes for them to be served). The most disappointing part of the experience is that we were seated at a table that is not typically a table -- it was a small table put in a spot purely to pack more people into the restaurant. We had requested bar seating, and we were seated at an afterthought table close to the front of the restaurant. It was just inside the waiting area and there were actually people sitting in chairs just behind my husband waiting for a table. It felt crowded and cold -- I noticed other diners seated along the booths at front wall that were wearing down coats so temperature is definitely an issue in that area. I wished that I had requested restaurant seating instead of bar seating -- I thought we would be seated in the bar area with easy viewing of sports on television instead of being stuffed in a corner. Our server was friendly but absent a lot of the time. Empty glasses, bottles and plates sat on the table -- they were never bussed. There was a candle holder on the table that was empty. Food was okay. My husband ordered the Thanksgiving meal which I believe came with a dessert that was never offered. I left very disappointed and did not feel at all that I was a valued customer. We first went to Thanksgiving at The Keg while living in Lakewood -- now we live in Roxborough Park and not sure it will be worth the drive.

   Went for thanksgiving. Had a reservation (because that’s the only way to eat there for thanksgiving). Still ended up waiting 15 mins to be seated. Once seated the service was so very slow. Took almost 2 hours and we were ready to order before we even sat down. They were nice enough and the food was GREAT, but the wait over shadowed that and the bathroom was dirty. Maybe would try again when it is not a holiday or busy.

   It was too busy for good service. We didn't get bread until half way thru meal. The carrots were not edible. Didn't care for the turkey. We asked for things, we never got. Too many people which caused too much noise.

   Thanksgiving at The Keg has become a family tradition. We had amazing food, great service and it really added to our enjoyment of the holiday. We'll be back next year!

    We went on Thanksgiving, it was VERY busy. We had to wait 30 minutes from our reservation but understood. Everyone from the host stand to wait staff and I'm sure back of house wew efficient, professional and pleasant. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving!
