   Excellent experience. Hostesses went out of their way to help us find a table that worked for our special circumstances. Waiter was very helpful, service was prompt and just the right level of friendliness. Food was very good.

   I used to visit frequently, but I was very disappointed this time. I had planned a surprise for my friend’s birthday, yet the server never mentioned it or brought a cake. Instead, we were simply handed the bill right after finishing our main course. I had even recommended your restaurant to friends visiting from overseas, which made the experience even more disappointing.

   I returned to this location after a rather less than stellar experience a couple weeks prior after the manager reached out to hear about my lackluster experience. Luckily, I happened to have some guests in town and we booked for 6 on a Sunday night. Compared to my last experience at this location it was a huge improvement. The service from the front door reception all the way through the evening was at the high level I have come to expect from the Keg. The bar staff was helpful and accommodating, the wait staff attentive and prompt, and the food was excellent, as one expects from the Keg. My guests had a great experience and it being their first time to a Keg walked away with a very positive impression of Canadian service and food culture. Even the washroom was up to the high standards that I have come to rely on from the chain. I do not know if corporate management reads these reviews, but they should be aware that their store managers at Yaletown were proactive in their approach to my poor review and then when I agreed to give the location a second chance showed me that I had indeed been unlucky my first time at this location. I should also note that at no time did they try and induce me with offers of free food or discounts. They simply listened and promised to deliver a better experience on my next visit and I am happy that I did visit again. I have another out of town guest coming to Canada for the first time and the Keg Yaletown will be on the itinerary.

   I had the dinner set in the last day of Dine Out Vancouver Festival. The waitress is friendly and the atmosphere is good. It's my first time to The Keg in Yaletown and I really enjoyed the service and the food here.

   Great Family Dinner with a Relaxing Game-Watching Atmosphere We were looking for a restaurant for a long-overdue family outing and dinner when we decided on The KEG – Yaletown. Since today was Super Bowl 2025, we expected most restaurants to be loud and crowded with game-watchers. However, The KEG – Yaletown provided the perfect balance of a lively yet comfortable atmosphere where we could enjoy both our meal and the game. Our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their calm and professional service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to the great food and welcoming ambiance, my family had a relaxing and delicious meal. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience!
