The idea for The Kitchen came from a vision of a restaurant that would provide something different - a refined, yet casual establishment that would provide modern cuisine with a comforting twist. The cuisine at The Kitchen embraces Asian influence and ingredients including the freshest fish, meats and seasonal vegetables. The presentation is clean, simple, natural and uncomplicated. The beautiful and elegant architecture of the building mirrors the contemporary concepts in the food. Enjoy a large outdoor deck during the long summer nights or warm up in the cozy main dining room in winter.

    Great experience at The Kitchen with our friends who were joining us there for the first time. The duck was incredible and paired well with the Super Tuscan wine we ordered. Attentive service and great atmosphere. All around perfect evening!

    The hostess was outstanding; friendly, inviting, accommodated our needs- excellent service. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. Food was creative and well seasoned, cocktails were delicious . Overall a great experience!

    Had a fantastic time! Great coming back to the same restaurant 12 yrs later. Service was incredible. Our waitress was excellent. Hostess is superb - next level. Only complaint is the potato chip pie is no longer on the menu. Bring it back!

    The Kitchen has become our favorite restaurant in Jackson. Not only is the food consistently amazing, the staff is equally outstanding!!! The best way to describe the staff is they take the customer experience to a whole new level. When you walk into The Kitchen you feel like you've reconnected with old friends. When you walk out, you have that feeling like you can't wait to return.

    The absolute best tofu dish I have ever eaten anywhere. The flavor was incredible! Some kimchi would be a nice addition. The happy hour prices were certainly nice. Loved the cilantro Microgreens! Tempura shrimp were good. The steak was just OK. And not nearly enough vegetables with it. We would’ve liked more than one leaf of bok choy!
