We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.


Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

    Another fantastic experience at the Plimoth. This time we ate dinner on New Years Eve at the counter. The menu was inventive and food/service quality was excellent as it is every time we visit. We'll be back again in 2025.

    Celebrated NYE and a friend’s retirement with bubbles, cocktails, several small plates, and desserts. Comfy and cozy vibe yet elevated food and drink menu (including NA cocktails). Our lovely server was attentive and friendly. Glad we made reservations early in the night because it was VERY busy by the time we left, with full bellies and happy hearts. This is our go-to neighborhood spot.

    Another fantastic evening with the crew at plimoth. The service is incredible and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The menu has something for everyone while managing to only be a single page. When the food arrives, there will be no disappointment. The whole visit was great and I would recommend it to anyone.

    The christmas eve crowd may have gotten the better of The Plimoth this year, as we had to wait a very long time for our meal. That said, the food and attention from our waiter was excellent, as always. We will be back! Loved it regardless 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    First time to the Plimoth. Sat at the bar and enjoyed 4 small plates - salad, porchetta, pasta and chicken. Each was delectable. Engaging bartender. Will definitely be back.

    Like visiting a good friend who’s a chef and sommelier. Black Manhattans were perfect. Haven’t had scallops for a long while and these were exquisite, perfectly paired with their chowder.
