   From the time we walked in at 1:10, we ordered an appetizer within 5 minutes but then did not see our server or get our appetizer until 35-40 minutes later. She then walked over to the kitchen where she stood for another 10 minutes until we had to wave her down. After that, she was great and the rest of our food and drinks came out in a very timely manner. My husbands Cobb salad was very bland but the rest of our food was delicious. We’ve heard amazing things about this place and we will definitely be back since it seems like the service was a one off. We had a 11month old with us who does not sit still for more than about an hr at a restaurant so of course after that hr mark, we felt like we were getting some dirty looks from other guests but we hadn’t even ordered our food at that point so there wasn’t much we could do.

   The food was okay but I can spend the same amount and get far better service and slightly better quality food at other restaurants. Bang for the buck, I give it a 2.5 out of 5.

   First time checking out this place. Nice enough place overall but food was over priced and over salted. Nothing special.

   I ordered prime rib, medium rare. When it was delivered, the top looked wonderful but it was only the top thin layer. I turned it over and it was well so I had to send it back. They were fine about it and got me another piece quickly. It was cooked beautifully but very tough. My husband ordered bone in cowboy ribeye. The flavor was good, but it was a very skinny cut. The manhattans were good and our waitress Jennifer was A+.

   Went for happy hour and as always The Ranch delivers. Great drinks and food … the green tomatoes and sliders were perf!

    We dine here about once per month since moving to Dallas. Shelby was the most attentive and friendliest server that we’ve had to date. We will definitely ask for her when we return.
