   Food (excluding dessert) and ambience was good but service was horrible. The waitress is well beyond her working years and should really retire…she did not notice that we were seated at the table and was slow to provide service. (I have eaten before and service was excellent but the waitress we had that night was horrible) It took her over 20 minutes to get us our dessert to go and the bill. It is said we had to ask for assistance from waitresses servicing other tables to assist twice before she showed back up on the floor to take care of us. What made this experience even worst was the dessert. They packed for us to go looked like someone’s leftovers…the Tiramisu looked like someone had taken two bites outfit with a folk and the edges was not cut with a knife…when I brought it back the to the restaurant after noticing that they said they are all prepackaged and reluctant offer to get me another piece which took forever to get. However the new piece was like the ones I had before cut out with a knife and looks presentable. Overall food was great tried the short ribs and chicken Mattone and would definitely recommend.

   It is an old school steakhouse with a modern twist. Starting with a great cocktail & wine selection and ending with delicious desserts. The Reserve has high quality steaks prepared exactly to your liking, excellent shared sides. Yes, it’s a casino steakhouse, but it is by far, my favorite. You can never go wrong here.

   Had an AMAZING dinner & this time with the Tomahawk for 2 including Brussels, garlic mashed and we shared a Ceasar Salad & French Onion soup to start. Chef came to the table & cut our steak...

   Food & service very good. Besides their filets, the pork chop with cremini mushrooms is delicious. Disappointed that they now bill you $5 per plate if you decide to share. I think this is a fairly recent change, maybe a year or so ago. Really a shame since you’re already paying a pretty penny to dine there.

   We've typically always had great service & meals at each of our visits to The Reserve. Last night was no exception. They run a special 3 nights a week that includes a salad, Entrée & dessert for only $50!

   The steak was cooked to perfection and the portion was good for the price. The mashed potatoes were delicious as was the shrimp scampi. Great selection of deserts. We visited on Christmas evening and service was great. Overall the perfect experience for our Christmas dinner.

   The New York strip steaks were horrible-chewy and dry!! Everything thing else was great!
