The Reserve Steakhouse is located at Harrah’s Joliet Hotel & Casino, located just blocks away from Joliet’s historic Rialto Square Theater, Joliet Historical Museum, Jacob Henry Mansion and Joliet Union Station. The Reserve Steakhouse is an exceptional dining experience for birthdays, anniversaries, and any special occasions.
The Reserve Steakhouse serves the finest cuts of succulent steak, aged for tenderness and grilled to perfection. Prime Rib is a Reserve specialty; served on Friday and Saturday evenings, slow roasted, hand carved and perfectly seasoned with spices. Our signature steaks are hand cut by Chef Tony Florek and his team. The restaurant also serves delicious seafood such as the Reserve Salmon, memorable appetizers, crisp salads and decadent desserts.     Boneless rib eye steak was super fatty. Shrimp were over cooked tough and chewy. Service was outstanding

    We both ordered the steakhouse, burgers and fries that was very disappointed. There wasn’t more flavor. They were pretty bland, but I have to say the salad and the desserts were absolutely amazing. We took back a lot of food to our room to snack on later. The staff were amazing and it was nice and quiet. We were there to celebrate my son‘s 35th birthday overall it was a good experience. It was really nice too that the waitress brought out the chocolate cake for my son.

    We had reservations for 5:15pm. We have eaten here before and always enjoyed it. Last night changed our minds and we will rethink returning. Samantha was our waitress. We waited for quite a while to get a drink order in. Maybe 10-15min. We ordered everything at once when she came for the drink order. Didn’t take long to get the wine, but the rest of the meal took quite a while and it was very salty. The waitress did not come back to check on us even once. We had finished our meal and were sitting for half and hour before she came. I said we would like two boxes, our wine corked, a carrot cake to go and the check please. She said wow. I said we had been finished half an hour ago. She said she was sorry and quickly got us on our way. One hamburger, one pork chop, two glasses of wine, a side of carrots, one salad, one slice of cake. $140 wasted and we didn’t eat half of it because it was so salty. We would have told her that sooner but she never came back to check on our meal. We ate half. Dealt with it. Why we even took the rest home I don’t know because it went in the garbage.

    The service was great. Both the server and up front. The prime rib we had was ave at best. Not very well seasoned and a little tough. And for the prime we paid not to have any additions with it like a potatoes or salad was not very good value. Plus with the baked potatoe we order it did not have much butter, sour cream, etc.
