This a beautiful historical location and always so pretty around the holidays. We went here a couple of years ago at this same time of the year and this year had very few people- they even asked us to come early. The service was outstanding. The food was good, but rather ordinary- we had a turkey sandwich and a spinach salad. Both were fine but the bread was a little dry, salad could have used more apples and walnut. Limited menu - all items you would see in any good restaurant- they need a signature dish or soup. Maybe something they served years ago and diners thought it was great.

Gustavo made omelets. He was incredibly kind and took his time to make it just right. We loved our experience there. Our waiter was very friendly and diligent about attending to each of us . Highly recommend coming here for breakfast.

We were guests at the Omni Hotel and heard the restaurant was good so we decided to make the reservation. The food was horrible!!! The food was overcooked, poorly seasoned and practically inedible. Service was good;but the waitperson wasn’t “confident” about the menu items.

The Afternoon Tea was most delicious! Two people in our group needed special care because of their food allergies. The Omni Wm Penn chef and cook staff went all out to accommodate us. The best part was Robert! Robert was our waitstaff and he was an absolute delight! He was polite, personable and made sure we had everything we wanted. I hope to return.

Great food. Placed order off menu and the food was great. We were in the mood for salmon and filets for party of three.

Food was delicious but was surprised how few were dining here on a Saturday night. Not enough servers so food was slow to the table. But our servers did make sure we weren’t late for the concert (although there wasn’t time for dessert or coffee).

The Terrace Room is one of our favorite destinations. We were extremely disappointed with our visit tonight. We had difficulty making the reservation and confusion when I called to clarify. Additionally, we were presented with menus that we weren’t supposed to have. I ordered vegetarian parpadelle and was served a different pasta. We did not have time to send back our inferior food with a curtain call to make. Our server offered no adjustments except to tell us the chef was handling an event upstairs.

The food was nice but very selective. Not much to choose from at lunch. The service was impressive.
