Erin, the manager, treated us like we were a million dollars, and personally ensured that our dining experience was excellent. It certainly was. Caroline, our server, was very attentive and personable. Justine, who had previously served us, came by to greet us. We plan to return to Union Pub often! Oh yeah…THE FOOD!!! My pork shank was out of this world, very tender and delicious. The crusted redfish was fresh and flaky with a nice light crispy coating. Desserts are amazing, too.

This was our first trip to Pensacola and Union Public House didn’t disappoint! It was a lively fun restaurant with character, and the food and service were excellent!

What a culinary delight! The food was prepared so freshly and the flavors were amazing. Thank you for having great mocktails, not just an afterthought for those of us who don’t drink. We will be back!

Amazing menu! Wanted to try it all!! Everything we had was creative and delicious. Cocktail, wine, apps, salads entree and dessert. We tried to eat at all!! Highly recommend!

Our food was delicious! The pimento pups were recommended by our waitress and we were not disappointed - highly recommend even for someone who usually doesn’t love hush puppies or pimento cheese. We both had pork (the butt and the shank) which was also incredible! The waitress was accommodating in swapping out sides by our request. Thanks UPH!
